Obiettivi formativi

The course "International and Comparative Law: Global perspectives" is a course designed for AGIC students, which integrates two teachings: International Economic Law (6 CFU) and Comparative Law in a Global Context (3 CFU). 

The combination of fundamental aspects of international law and of comparative law aims to enabling students to understand the role of law and legal istitutions at the global and regional level in dealing  with development issues.

For AGIC students, the two courses are integrated and are taught following the same schedule. The course of Comparative Law in a Global Context will start soon after the course of International Economic Law.

Students will need to be assessed on both "International Economic Law" and "Comparative Law in a Global Context". For details see the pages of the courses (links below). The weighted average (2/3 International Economic Law, 1/3 Comparative Law in a Global Context) will constitute the final grade that will be officially registered.
