THE FINAL EVALUATION OF THE COURSE DOING RESEARCH AND FIELDWORK IN INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION:

FOR NON ATTENDING STUDENTS: IT WILL CONSIST IN THE ARITHMETIC MEAN OF THE FINAL EVALUATION OF THE TWO MODULES QUALITATIVE METHODS IN GLOBAL SOUTH STUDIES AND RESEARCH TOOLS AND METHODS IN SOCIO-CULTURAL ANTHROPOLOGY (WITH ROUNDING UP IF THE ARITHMETIC MEAN IS EQUAL TO .5).

FOR ATTENDING STUDENTS: IT WILL CONSIST IN THE ARITHMETIC MEAN OF THE FINAL EVALUATION OF THE TWO MODULES QUALITATIVE METHODS IN GLOBAL SOUTH STUDIES AND RESEARCH TOOLS AND METHODS IN SOCIO-CULTURAL ANTHROPOLOGY AND OF THE EVALUATION OF GROUP WORK (COUNTING 1/3 EACH).

Non-Attending Students:

Module Research Tools: Hammersley, M. and Atkinson, P., Ethnography. Principles in Practice (2019, fourth edition; or 2007, third edition), and three articles among those posted on Moodle. 

Module Qualitative Methods: Hay I., Coper M., Qualitative research methods in human geography, Oxford University Press, 2021, 5 edizione

The course DOING RESEARCH AND FIELDWORK IN INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION will be held in the second semester  (starting at the end of February)

THE COURSE WILL BE HELD ONLY IN PERSON.

- 6 weeks of "Qualitative Methods in GS studies" (PROF. ELISA BIGNANTE)

FOR STUDENTS WITH LAST NAMES INCLUDED IN THE GROUP M-Z

- 6 weeks of "Research tools and methods in SC Anthropology" (PROFESSOR TO BE APPOINTED)

- 6 weeks of "Qualitative Methods in GS studies" (PROF. PAOLA MINOIA)
