Obiettivi formativi
Il Lettorato è strutturato in modo da favorire uno sviluppo omogeneo delle quattro abilità fondamentali in LS (Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking) con costante riferimento a contesti comunicativi autentici e senza tralasciare gli aspetti culturali della lingua stessa.
The Lettorato course has been designed to promote a balanced development of the four fundamental linguistic abilities (Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking) through constant reference to authentic communicative contexts. Particular attention will be devoted to the cultural aspects of the English language as well.

Risultati dell'apprendimento attesi
Al termine del corso gli studenti dovranno dimostrare di aver raggiunto una conoscenza delle strutture linguistiche e una capacità di utilizzo comunicativo della lingua inglese collocabile al livello B2 (intermedio superiore) del Quadro comune europeo di riferimento per la conoscenza delle lingue (QCER).
At the end of the course, students shall demonstrate to have achieved the ability to use the language at level B2 (upper-intermediate) of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), and master the necessary grammatical structures.

Il corso consiste in 35 ore di lezioni frontali.

Modalità di verifica dell'apprendimento
Esame scritto al termine del corso (frequentanti) o in apposita sessione d'esame (non frequentanti). Si è considerati frequentanti con la partecipazione ad almeno 6 lezioni oltre alla nona e ultima, in cui si terrà l'esame.
L'esame durerà 90 minuti, non sarà consentito l'uso di dizionari, appunti o altro strumento di consultazione.
Il voto della prova di lettorato ha validità di un anno dalla sessione di superamento.
Written exam at the end of the course (for the frequentanti) or during official exam sessions (non-frequentanti). To be a frequentante it is necessary to attend at least 6 lessons in addition to the final one, in which the exam will take place.
The time allotted for the exam is 90 minutes. Dictionaries, notes, electronic devices etc. cannot be used.
The result of the lettorato test will be valid for one year from the exam session when it was achieved.

D. Conditional forms - zero, first, second, third and mixed conditionals
E. Reported speech
F. Passive voice (all tenses), with or without an agent, including sentences with 2 objects
G. Adjectives / adverbs - comparatives & superlatives

Il programma d'esame è il medesimo per frequentanti e non frequentanti. La frequenza è facoltativa ma vivamente consigliata.
Non è prevista la prova di lettorato per gli studenti del corso di Amministrazione Aziendale.
Gli studenti in possesso di un attestato internazionale di livello B2 (FCE, IELTS 6, etc.) o superiore, ottenuto non oltre i 36 mesi precedenti l'esame di Lingua inglese, potranno frequentare direttamente il corso di Lingua senza sostenere la prova del lettorato.
The exam content for frequentanti and non-frequentanti students will be the same. Attendance is not compulsory, but highly recommended.
Students in Amministrazione Aziendale are not required to take the lettorato exam.
Students who have been awarded an internationally-recognized certification level B2 or higher within 36 months before the date of the exam of Lingua inglese will be granted direct access to the Lingua inglese course in the second semester without taking the lettorato exam.
