Il laboratorio esamina i sistemi giuridici dell’Europa centro-orientale del periodo post-socialista, allo scopo di individuare i profili di diritto civile e pubblico/costituzionale che caratterizzano l’attuale assetto normativo dei paesi dell’area in questione e mettere in luce i meccanismi di passaggio allo stato di diritto e all’economia di mercato

The workshop examines the legal systems of Central and Eastern Europe in the post-socialist period, with the aim of identifying the civil and public/constitutional law profiles that characterise the current legal order of the countries in the area in question and highlighting the mechanisms of transition to the rule of law and market economy

Gli studenti acquisiranno una conoscenza delle dinamiche attuali dei sistemi giuridici e politici dell'Europa orientale, con un'attenzione particolare ai vicini orientali dell'UE (Armenia, Azerbaigian, Bielorussia, Georgia, Moldavia e Ucraina), e saranno in grado di analizzare criticamente lo sviluppo giuridico e politico post-socialista e post-sovietico in una prospettiva comparativa. Tra i risultati didattici attesi da questo laboratorio ci sono:
- Comprendere le principali dinamiche giuridiche e politiche dell'Europa orientale e dell'ex area sovietica e la loro rilevanza per l'UE.
- Rafforzare le capacità di analisi delle tradizioni giuridiche e politiche dell'Europa orientale e dell'ex area sovietica.Students will gain knowledge of the current dynamics of legal and political systems of Eastern Europe with a special focus on EU Eastern neighbours (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine), and will be able to critically analyse the post-socialist and post-soviet legal and political development in a comparative perspective. Among the expected educational results of this laboratory there are:
- Understanding the main legal and political dynamics of Eastern Europe and former Soviet area and their relevance for the EU
- Strengthening the analytical skills concerning legal traditions and politics of Eastern Europe and former Soviet area- Oggetto:

Nel 2022-2023 il laboratorio riguarda lo sviluppo giuridico e politico post-socialista e post-sovietico in una prospettiva comparativa. Gli studenti acquisiranno una conoscenza delle dinamiche attuali dei sistemi giuridici e politici dell'Europa orientale, con particolare attenzione ai vicini orientali dell'UE (Armenia, Azerbaigian, Bielorussia, Georgia, Moldavia e Ucraina).
In 2022-2023 the laboratory concerns the post-socialist and post-soviet legal and political development in a comparative perspective. Students will gain knowledge of the current dynamics of legal and political systems of Eastern Europe with a special focus on EU Eastern neighbours (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine).
